Terms of Service

These terms apply to services bought from Quantihouse Technologies Limited ("Quantihouse", "we"), registered in Cyprus, through this website or on the basis of a quote from us.

Services and prices

Consulting packages and hourly consulting are described on our website with fixed prices in euros. Taxes are added where applicable and shown before you pay.

Payment

You can pay by card through Stripe or by invoice and bank transfer. Work starts once payment is received.

Executive search (retained search)

- The deposit starts a retained search and is credited against the final placement fee. - The placement fee is due when the candidate accepts your offer. It is a percentage of the first-year base salary, as shown on our website or agreed in writing. - Any replacement guarantee, and its conditions, are set out in the written search agreement signed before the search begins. ## Software development projects

• Each project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, price, milestones and timeline.
• We invoice by milestone, as set out in the quote. Work on a milestone starts once the previous invoice is paid.
• Changes to the agreed scope are handled as change requests. We confirm the cost and time impact in writing before doing the work.
• Once you have paid in full, you own the code and designs we create specifically for your project. Open-source components and our own reusable tools stay under their own licences, and you get the right to use them in your project.
• Third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, app store fees, paid APIs and licences, are paid by you, directly or through us at cost, unless the quote says otherwise.
• Support and maintenance after launch are provided under a separate agreement or as stated in the quote.

Candidates

Our services are free for candidates. We never charge job seekers a fee.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before we start work, we refund you in full. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If we cannot deliver a service you paid for, we refund you in full.

Liability

We give advice, introduce candidates and build software to the agreed scope, but hiring and business decisions are yours. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
