Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Candidates: your name, contact details, desired role, location, preferred language, LinkedIn link, message and the CV you upload.
• Companies: your name, company, contact details and the hiring or project details you send us.
• Customers: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Software projects: the contact details and project information you share with us while we scope, build and support your project.

Why we use it

• To find suitable roles for candidates and suitable candidates for our clients (your consent, which you give when you upload your CV).
• To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the services you buy (to perform a contract with you or take steps before one).
• To send job alerts and follow-up emails about your enquiry. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep accounting records as required by law.

Who we share it with

We only send a candidate's CV to an employer after the candidate agrees. We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions:

• Render: website and admin hosting.
• Supabase: database and CV file storage (EU region).
• Hostinger: business email.
• Stripe: card payments and invoices.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep CVs for 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Enquiries are kept for 24 months. Project records are kept for the length of the project and support period plus 24 months. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop using it, by emailing admin@quantihousetech.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: remembering your language and keeping our staff logged in to the admin area. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
