How much does a placement cost?
Our placement fee is 20% of the first-year base salary. For senior roles we start with a deposit that is credited to the final fee.
How fast can you send candidates?
It depends on the role, location and salary. We'll discuss realistic timing once we understand your brief.
Do you work confidentially?
Yes. We can run a search without naming your company until you approve a candidate.
Which countries do you cover?
We recruit for roles in Cyprus, across Europe and remote. We work in English and Russian.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Every package can be paid by card through Stripe or by invoice and bank transfer.
