These Terms govern your use of the QuantiHouseTech website, booking flow, paid diagnostics checkout flow, and related website features, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Website purpose
The website is designed to present our service offerings, collect inquiries, support discovery-call scheduling, facilitate booking for paid diagnostics, and provide an informational AI chat experience.
Separate statements of work, service agreements, proposals, or order forms govern project delivery, recruitment mandates, managed teams, or other retained services. Those documents prevail if they conflict with these site Terms.
Bookings, pricing, and payments
- Discovery calls and paid diagnostics may be booked through the website subject to availability and scheduling rules.
- A selected slot may be temporarily held for a short time. A booking is not final until the relevant confirmation or payment step is completed.
- Prices, currencies, scope labels, and durations shown on the site or at checkout are part of the offer presented at the time of booking.
- Paid diagnostics are processed through Stripe or a successor payment provider integrated into the website.
- If checkout is canceled before completion, no payment should be captured for that transaction.
- We may limit free discovery bookings per person, email address, visitor, or time window to protect availability and prevent abuse.
Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, contact us as soon as possible at support@quantihousetech.com.
Any refund, credit, or rescheduling rights for paid diagnostics are subject to the specific offer terms, the booking circumstances, and any separate written agreement. Unless a separate written term says otherwise, nothing on the website guarantees an automatic refund.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the website or chat assistant for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful purposes.
- Do not interfere with website security, probe vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits, scrape content at scale, or use automated means that unreasonably burden the service without our permission.
- Do not submit malware, credentials, secrets, payment card data, or sensitive personal data through the site or chat.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization or provide false information in connection with bookings, payments, or inquiries.
Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from website use or a paid diagnostic booked solely through the website will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific paid diagnostic giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if no such fee was paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable liability under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
The courts of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, unless mandatory law provides another forum.
